Atkins

Well 4 days completed on Atkins Diet. Going well. Breakfast is the hardest. The food is great it's just a lot of work.
Wifey is doing really well too. She is already at 40-80 with her ketones.

Santa Cruz Trip

Here are a couple pictures from our anniversary trip to Santa Cruz! 4 years, boy time just flies by!
Isn't Roo a doll! She went on her first Merry-Go-Round! She LOVED it!!! (Click on pics to enlarge)

They have added a couple new rides to the Boardwalk... The Tornado is like the old Tea Cup ride with a "twist"... You spin yourself plus you get flung in the air! We didn't ride any rides, we'll need to do an adult trip one day... Hit up O'malleys and Camouflage...
